Unit Director

Red Cross - Muscatine

The Muscatine Louisa Unit has an immediate opening for Unit Director to oversee operations, lead staff and volunteers, and ensure financial resources to meet unit requirements. Manager collaborates and coordinates services with community leaders, local government, other service organizations, Red Cross board and the American Red Cross of the Quad Cities Area.

Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field preferred, equivalent relevant experience considered. Three years experience with not for profit or business administration with program management experience preferred. Ability to work in a team environment is essential.
